With 14 years in the healthcare industry and 11 years at Optimal Physical Therapy, Amy is the heart and soul of our office. Amy began her career as a physical therapy technician and unexpectedly transitioned into the receptionist role 11 years ago. From there, she flourished, growing into the invaluable Administrative Manager she is today.

Known as the go-to person in the office, Amy’s deep knowledge and experience make her an essential resource for patients and the staff. Whether it’s answering questions about insurance, handling authorizations, going above and beyond to accommodate the patients’ schedules’, or offering recommendations on the best local eateries, Amy is always there to lend a helping hand. Her dedication and expertise have left a lasting imprint on Optimal Physical Therapy as she continues to help make the office run smoothly.

When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations of the office, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. She can often be found cheering on her kids at their sporting events, making family memories, or enjoying a cruise getaway.
