Brandy Harley

Brandy J. Harley, PTA, LMT graduated from College of Southern Maryland with an Associates of Arts degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant and Massage Therapist.  She also received a Bachelor of Science from George Washington University in Exercise and Sports Science.  Her passion for Physical Therapy began in high school when a friend needed to learn how to walk again. That experience inspired Brandy to dedicate her career to helping others regain mobility, independence, and freedom. With 35 years in Outpatient Orthopedics, 20 years as a PTA, Brandy specializes in musculoskeletal injuries assisting patients to get back to the activities that they love – whether it’s returning to work, playing with their kids and grandkids, or simply just moving without pain.

Her second passion is being a Licensed Massage Therapist. This allows her to integrate hands-on- techniques that enhance recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall function so patients can return to daily activities of living. Her dual expertise in both Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy allows her to take a well-rounded approach to care – each discipline complimenting each other.

Her knowledge as a PTA enhances her ability to apply massage techniques with a clinical perspective, while her hands-on experience as an LMT deepens her understanding of soft tissue work in rehabilitation. This combined approach helps her provide more effective, personalized care to support her patient’s recovery and overall wellbeing.

In her spare time, Brandy loves being in tank tops and flip flops, outdoors, soaking up the sun, near the water, and listening to music with family and friends.
