Carol Tameris

Carol Tameris, MSPT, CEAS, graduated from Marymount University in 2000 with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Carol has over two decades of experience in the field, combining clinical expertise with a passion for patient-centered care. With nearly 20 years as the owner of Optimal Physical Therapy & Industrial Rehabilitation, she brings a hands-on approach to every aspect of the practice, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of individualized care. As a certified dry needling specialist, Carol uses this advanced technique in conjunction with her manual therapy skills to effectively treat musculoskeletal pain and promote healing, offering a unique and targeted approach to care.

Carol is proud to offer continuity of care between therapists, ensuring that patients receive consistent, personalized treatment from start to finish.  She strives to get patients back to their normal activities as quickly and safely as possible, empowering them to take control of their health and recovery.
