Jill Edgington

Jill Edgington, MPT is a dedicated physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2001 and has since specialized in orthopedics. Since 2008, she has been a valued member of the team at Optimal Physical Therapy, where she has built a reputation for her expertise in manual therapy and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She also takes a special interest in custom orthotic fabrication as part of a comprehensive physical therapy program.

Jill receives great satisfaction in helping her patients feel better and return to their daily activities with less pain and improved function. She believes in a hands-on approach to therapy, utilizing her skills to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.

Outside of her professional life, she resides in Chesapeake Beach with her husband and three children, balancing her career with family life.
